RECREATIONAL UNIFORMS: Each player will be provided with a shirt, shorts and socks. All Players must wear shin guards (not provided)

RECREATIONAL PRACTICES: Practices, places and times are set by the individual coaches. When all the teams have been formed, your coach will contact you with that information, usally within 1 - 2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Teams typically practice once weekly.

RECREATIONAL REGISTRATION FEES:

4 - 5 YEAR OLD............................................................................................................$50.00 per session

6- 9 YEARS OLD............................................................................................................$50.00 per session

IMMEDIATE ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER............................................................................$40.00 per session

HOW TO REGISTER:

    1.) Print Registration Form - (ONE FORM PER CHILD)

    2.) Enclose all registration fees. Make all checks payable to Tallmadge United Soccer Club.

    3.) Please Note: New players to Tallmadge Competitive Division must include proof of age, a COUNTY ONLY birth certificate and a 1" x 1" color photo. You player will not be registerewd without this information. If your child played in the last spring season, we will need a new picture.
